Here is some ideas on how others use and we can recommend to use our gins
STRAWBERRY AND WHITE CHOCOLATE SOUR
40ML STRAWBERRY GIN
15ML CLEAR CREME DE CACOA
10ML APEROL
20ML LIME JUICE
15ML VANILLA HONEY SYRUP
WONDERFOAM/EGG WHITE
ADD ALL INGREDIENTS INTO A SHAKER ALONG WITH ICE. SHAKE VIGOROUSLY. DOUBLE STRAIN INTO A GLASS AND ENJOY.
GARNISH WITH A FRESH STRAWBERRY DIPPED IN WHITE CHOCOLATE

Butterfly Pea Flower Gin - 40ml

Blue Curacao - 20ml

Fresh Orange Juice - 40ml

Fresh Lemon Juice - 25ml

Marmalade - 1 Barspoon

Simple Syrup - 5ml

Orange Peel Garnish

Mix the ingredients from 2-6 all together in a shaker and mix well. Add large ice cube and pour over. Add Gin slowly over the top to create the seperate layers. Top with garnish
